A CHURCH FOR YOU

What to Expect on Sunday Morning

We know walking into a new church can feel intimidating.  We hope this information is helpful!

  • Entrances: For families, the easiest entry is the glass double doors at the top of the stairs on the Walnut St side of our building. Alternatively, there is a ramp entrance at the Northwest corner of our building which leads directly into the worship space.
  • Expect Sunday morning worship to last 75-minutes. You're invited to spend a few minutes after service meeting some new faces!
  • Dress casually; the pastor will probably have jeans on, and we care more about you being here than what you are wearing.
  • Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available in our cafe!
  • Childcare & kid's classes are offered for kids newborn - 6th grade. Learn more about our Kid's Ministry here.
    • We work hard to offer safe, quality, and age-appropriate learning environments for our kids. Every volunteer has up-to-date background checks and clearances. As always, children are welcome to spend the morning in the worship service.
  • Giving: We believe those who regularly attend a church should participate financially, giving joyfully and generously.  There is no expectation for visitors give. In fact, we don't even pass an offering plate. You'll see "Joy Boxes" near the doors to collect offering. Alternatively, we offer online giving through our website and app.
  • "Journey Family Feast": this monthly meal is shared with new, established, visiting, regular attendees, and members immediately following the worship service. This is a great time to connect!
